French Bread or Scones

2 1/2 cups hot (tap) water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
2 pkg. yeast (2 Tbsp.)
3 cups flour

Mix 2-3 min. Add 3 more cups of flour. For scones let rise 5-10 min. Makes 2 loafs.
