Cafe Rio Pork

Night Before:
3 1/2 -4 lbs pork roast
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Mix and put on pork. Cook on low overnight.

Next Morning:
Shred pork, remove bones and fat. Put back in crock pot.
Add:
1 can coke
1 c chicken broth
2 cloves garlic minced
1 small onion chopped

Keep on low until ready to serve. An hour before serving add 1 c brown sugar.
