Chocolate Sauce for Ice Cream

3 squares chocolate or 7 Tbsp. cocoa
1 3/4 cup cream or milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Stir in milk. Cook until it boils, then take off heat and add 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla.
