2 chicken breast halves (or 2 cans chicken)
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds - toasted
1 head cabbage - chopped
2 green onions - sliced
1 pkg. ramen noodles, chicken flavor
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Combine chicken, cabbage, almonds, and uncooked noodles. Put seasoning envelope in glass jar with sugar, oil, salt, pepper and vinegar - shake until blended. Pour over salad, toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
