Cafe Rio Dressing

1 buttermilk ranch dressing packet
1 c buttermilk (1 c milk and 1 Tbsp vinegar)
1 c mayo
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 clove garlic
juice of 1 lime (1 Tbsp lime juice)

Blend well in food processor or blender. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
