Zucchini Bread
2 c. shredded zucchini
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. water
add 5 tsp. flax seed
Bake @350 for 1 hour or 45 min. in mini pans
