Ingredients:
1/4 cup almonds, toasted
3 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor, combine all ingredients, process until a course paste is formed.
I usually do at least 2 recipes of this at a time - you don't need as much olive oil.
